Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their client's team in Carlsbad, California. This is a short term temporary position that will last 2-4 weeks. Full time or part time.

Responsibilities

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems.
  • Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintaining and updating records with new information as it becomes available.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies in data.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data entered.
  • Performing regular backups to secure data and ensure its availability.
  • Providing support to other departments with data-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay

$20 - $22 per hour
